It’s All About You!

Ok, I’m about to tell you the secret to making some serious money in this business. Are you ready for it? Folks, it’s all about branding YOU! That’s right – you. There are hundreds of MLM opportunities out there and most of them have very similar benefits. Compensation plans, for example, are almost identical from company to company. Listen gang, people will FLOCK to your opportunity if they TRUST you. YOU have to establish yourself as an expert in the Multi-Level Marketing platform. YOU have to become a reliable source for money-making shortcuts within Network Marketing. By becoming a leader in this industry, customers will develop a relationship with you and will listen to your suggestions. By branding your name and your information, people will take your advice and follow you!

So, what does this mean? People will help create wealth by joining your downline, purchasing your products, and/or buying your recommendations and ultimately, paying you a commission. Folks, this is what I did and I haven’t looked back! While several venues exist to ‘brand’ yourself, I have found a highly effective shortcut that allowed me to start earning income almost overnight. And get this… it’s completely automated! No joke folks! The process was simply and the results are amazing! Let’s make YOU a valuable asset that keeps the checks coming!

Ok, let me guess. You’ve stumbled upon a great Multi-Level Marketing company that offers all the goodies – a great compensation plan, a quality product, and enticing incentives. Eagerly you jumped in and hit the road running, telling everyone you know about the product and the opportunity. Sound familiar? Of course it does because that’s what each of us did in the beginning. Now, unless you’re positioned near the top of the company and momentum has driven your growth, you most likely have encountered rejection after rejection after rejection. In fact, studies have proven that the average rejection rate within Network Marketing is 97%! Did you read that??? 97%!!! Worst of all, you’ve most likely alienated your family and friends and the cold market just plain sucks!

Gang, there is an easier way. By using technology and the internet, you can automate the prospecting AND recruiting of new distributors. In fact, you can finally free up your time and ‘manage’ your business doing the activities that actually produce you money – enrolling new distributors! The internet has expanded your market infinitely. Instead of hunting around for that perfect contact, you can generate your own leads, leads that you will then market to, leads that will eventually beg to join your downline! I know what you’re thinking – it’s too good to be true. Well, I spend over 10 years in Network Marketing and I’m here to tell that I’ve made more money in the last year utilizing this method then my previous 10 years combined!

Folks, the system that I’m talking about it utilizing the internet by having a Blog, a Capture Page, and an Autoresponder. These simple tools will engage your business on autopilot and allow you to truly leverage your time effectively. In fact, your ‘list’ will grow to incredible numbers. Each contact on this list will actively follow you like bees to honey! Ok, so if you are like most Network Marketers you entered into this business full of excitement and high expectations. Most likely, you’re upline coached you on creating your list of contacts and together (hopefully) a plan of action was developed. So, how did that list pan out for you? Most likely, you were immediately met with objection accompanied with frustration. Hearing ‘no’ over and over takes its toll on everyone in the beginning. Now, this blog isn’t about your perseverance nor is it about overcoming the objection. Instead, I’m going to highlight a powerful secret that EVERY Network Marketer needs in his/her toolbox.

By harnessing the power of the internet you can completely eliminate cold calling! Did you hear me? Yes, it’s possible to build a thriving MLM business that continually grows on autopilot. Imagine never having to pick up the phone ever again! Folks, the secret that I’m alluding to is a capture page. A capture page allows you to generate unlimited FREE LEADS. Best of all, these leads are other MLM professionals nearly begging to join your downline!

So, let me highlight this once again. First, you are eliminating your need to face rejection from both your friends and family. Instead, you automate the prospecting of qualified leads into your network marketing business. Second, the leads that you generate convert into downline distributors at an alarmingly high rate! Why you ask? Well, it has to do with the relationship that you establish during your automated prospecting.

Over the course of 12 years, I’ve experienced both the highs and the lows of this industry. I’ve faced the rejections that accompany cold calling and worst of all, I’ve almost thrown in the towel multiple times due to the frustration that I was experiencing. All of this changed the day that I recognized the power of technology. Now, the learning curve was quite intense but in the last couple of years so much of the process toward automation has been simplified. The Secret to Success!

The weather in Chicago is miserable today. The temperature is near freezing and it’s raining cats and dogs! As I sit in the departure lounge waiting for my flight back to sunny weather I have a revelation. Water is our life force. These three molecules of Hydrogen and Oxygen combine just perfectly to provide most everything we need. In fact, we’ll all easily agree that without water we would cease to exist. As I peer at the droplets sliding down the oversize window at Gate K19, it hits me. At 33 degrees, water remains as a liquid but with just one simple change of a degree colder, water turns to ice. This one degree, however small it may appear, has the power to crack solid concrete sidewalks as the ice expands. Conversely, water heated to 211 degrees is hot, really hot! But, if add just one more degree of temperature the hot water boils and creates steam. Steam can power locomotives, ships, and even create electricity for thousands of people!

Folks, just one degree of change did all this work. Realizing this I began to consider other scenarios when just a little extra effort made all the difference in the world. Olympic races, for example, are won by a millisecond (less than it took you to read this sentence). Indy car races are won fractions of seconds as well. The extra effort was the difference between first place and second place. That millisecond meant bringing home a gold medal versus no medal at all.

Winners and leaders put forth that one extra degree of work that sets them apart from the others. Sure, it’s easier to ‘go with the flow’ and be average but this mindset will never allow for true success. In order to really prosper and become a true leader, sacrifice is necessary. Turn off the TV an hour earlier and concentrate on your business instead. Put down that remote and pick up a book that focuses on leadership or personal growth. Putting in just that one degree of extra effort will propel you and your business into realms you didn’t dream possible.

You can do it. The fact that you’re reading this post tells me that you’re serious about achieving amazing results. The right attitude, coupled with some proven tools, can truly benefit you and your business and generate the cash flow that will allow for you to really enjoy life and achieve your goals. The Class Clown

Think back to high school for a moment. Ok, for some of us it means really scraping away the cobwebs and digging into the troves of memories that are almost forgotten but still exist. Remember that class clown? That guy earned his place among our peers as a prankster, a real joker. Once, our joker, named Dan, managed to get a hold of the school’s Public Address system. Our classroom studies were interrupted with Dan’s voice blaring over the airwaves – “This is GOD!” Needless to say, the class erupted in an uproar and Dan ended up with some extra time after school.

Dan, our class clown, never conformed to the norms of our peers. He never followed the expected path. Instead, Dan chose a path all his own. Conformity is so school-like. This attitude toward life that Dan possessed ended up making him one hell of an entrepreneur! He ended up starting his own company instead of working for someone else. He also ended up selling that company for millions of dollars and enjoys a life that most of us are envious of. Who would have thought that the class clown would have turned out to be so successful?

Gang, you are going to run into objection in this business. I didn’t listen when my friends and family told me that my opportunity was a pyramid scheme. I also didn’t listen when my upline told me to focus on calling people versus using the internet. Finally, I didn’t listen when others explained to me that I was wasting my time learning to use technology in my business. Dan didn’t become financially independent by following the crowd. I didn’t start earning a significant residual income by listening to the naysayers. Instead, I chose to be different. I chose to be successful.

Folks, the one lesson that I think is worth learning is this: Being success means being unordinary. Go ahead and stand out in the crowd, people will notice. Grab the PA and speak up, people will listen. Don’t conform to social norms and you will be a leader!

Christopher Columbus was unordinary when he challenged to sail across the Atlantic. Orville and Wilbur Wright were unordinary when they proved to nonbelievers that a vehicle could fly.
